Rosie Harness MA, Diploma in Psychotherapy (Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education), Diploma Eriksonian Hypnosis, Psychotherapy and NLP (British Hypnosis Research), Diploma Life Coaching (Achievement Specialists).
Rosie Harness has worked in the field of Complementary Therapies for over 30 years, initially establishing her own School of Holistic Massage in London for 14 years before moving into counselling, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy in latter years.
She worked for a number of years with the London-based Charity QUIT as a smoking cessation Counsellor and Course and Seminar Presenter throughout the UK as well as practising at the well-known Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms in Covent Garden for 15 years.
Rosie then re-located to the South-East Coast in 2001 where she created the Hypno-SLIM, Hypno-SLIM PLUS and Hypno-GASTRO BAND hypnotherapy weight-loss programmes and the Hypno-QUIT stop smoking programme. She is registered and insured with the appropriate bodies and is a member of CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
Harness Hypnotherapy is the result of synthesising the best and most effective psychological methods, techniques and training and making them available within the Hypnotherapy approach.
Rosie Harness practises at the beautiful and professional Wellington Centre for Natural Health in Hastings, founded by Jo and Craig Sams (creators of Green and Black’s Chocolate) on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2pm - 8pm. To book an appointment, please contact us.
