Harness Hypnotherapy - How to find us

After many years working professionally in London, Rosie Harness has based her Harness Hypnotherapy practice at the Wellington Centre for Natural Health, in Hastings, on the South--East Coast, (a mere 1.5 hours or so from London by train) - an historic fishing, and vibrant artistic and creative community.

If you’re coming from out of town for a Harness Hypnotherapy Programme or session why not make it a longer visit to take time to relax by the coast, maybe treat yourself to a restorative, rejuvenating Facial at the Centre or spend some time exploring the fascinating and different areas of Hastings and St Leonards? You could even spend a night or two at one of a number of luxurious boutique hotels in the area.

How to find us:

By Car: main routes to Hastings and St Leonards include the A21 from London or Tunbridge Wells, the A27 or A259 from Brighton, Eastbourne and Folkestone.

The Wellington Centre is located just off the seafront on Wellington Square adjacent to the town centre. There is on-street metered parking or cheaper longer-stay parking in the nearby Priory Meadow Shopping Centre.

By Rail: direct services to Hastings from London Victoria, Charing Cross, London Bridge, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells and Ashford International. The Wellington Centre is 10 minutes walk from the station, or a short taxi ride.
