I’m really interested in having hypnotherapy but I’m a bit nervous about it.

The state of what is called trance is simply a state of deep relaxation, the place you drift to between waking and sleeping – it’s a bit like day-dreaming. Deep relaxation makes it easier to access the wisdom and power of your unconscious and imagination and you will usually remain conscious of my voice. It’s not possible for a hypnotherapist to make you do anything you don’t wish to do. (People chosen for stage hypnosis are usually those very susceptible to hypnosis and willing and happy to be extrovert in their behaviour).

On completing your hypnotherapy experience you should feel deeply and pleasantly relaxed as if you’ve been on a wonderful holiday.

When we talk about re-programming what this means that you will be helped to replace old outdated patterns of eating and relating to food with new, more positive patterns relevant to your life now.

What is the difference between Hypno-SLIM and Hypno-SLIM PLUS?

Hypno-SLIM PLUS is a more comprehensive Programme for those who are ready to make a major change in their thinking and awareness around transforming old food and eating patterns in order to reach and maintain their goal weight. Hypno-SLIM PLUS includes the additional 4-stage Programme, a support CD and Bach Flower Remedy mix to help disconnect from emotional eating.

What if the Programme doesn’t work? Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Therapy is a two-way relationship and responsibility. If you are ready to make a commitment to change and collaborate with the Programme, this can help you successfully reach your goal weight. Therefore we don’t offer a guarantee but you are welcome to book a follow-up session if you feel the need of some fine-tuning.

What about after-care?

You are welcome to have as many follow-up support sessions as you wish, if you feel in need of some adjustments. An hour’s support session is £45.00. (The Hypno-GASTRO BAND includes the follow-up session in the cost).

What is Juice Plus+ Complete?

Juice Plus+ Complete is an optional addition to each of the Weight-loss Programmes. It is a natural, highly nutritional, GM and gluten-free supplement which can also be used as a meal replacement if required. What are Bach Flower Remedies?
